Precision Level 5 drywall finishing
We do Level 5 drywall finishing in Surrey and the Lower Mainland for homeowners, builders, developers and commercial clients who need walls that look flat under any light.
A Level 5 finish adds a thin skim coat over the whole wall after the joints and screws are finished. That hides the paper texture and the difference between paper and compound, which otherwise shows through dark or glossy paint and under strong side light.
The practical reasons builders and homeowners hire us for this work.
More than 100 tradespeople on staff, doing drywall in British Columbia since 2001.
Framing, insulation, boarding, taping and paint from our own crews, so nothing falls between trades.
$10 million liability insurance and WorkSafeBC registration.
Crews are booked around your timeline and the other trades on site.
It's worth it on large walls, dark colours, glossy paint, walls lit from the side, or anywhere people see the wall up close. The skim coat also helps paint absorb evenly, so the colour looks the same across the wall.
You get one team from boarding to paint-ready walls, with a clear quote and a planned schedule. We've been finishing drywall since 2001 and have more than 100 tradespeople on staff.
What this means for your project.
Priced from your drawings or a site visit, with the scope spelled out.
100+ tradespeople on staff, so we can add crew when the schedule tightens.
Level 4 as standard, Level 5 where light or paint calls for it.
Framing, insulation, boarding and taping by one company.
Insulation and sound control installed before the board goes on.
$10 million liability insurance and WorkSafeBC registration.

I called them for some urgent drywall repairs after a leak. They were very responsive and made the patches blend in seamlessly with the rest of the wall. Professional service and very fair pricing. I’m very happy with the results
