Commercial CGL
We tape and finish drywall in Surrey and the Lower Mainland for new homes, renovations, multi-family buildings and commercial interiors. Every joint, screw, corner bead and transition is finished so the wall is ready for paint.
The practical reasons builders and homeowners hire us for this work.
Tape embedded properly and edges feathered wide, so seams don't show through paint.
Thin, even coats that avoid ridges, flashing and visible patches.
WorkSafeBC-registered crews who protect occupied homes and keep active sites clean.
Walls checked under a work light before the painters move in.
We check the board layout and choose the compound and tape for each area. Joints are embedded evenly, screws are filled, inside corners are detailed and outside corners get straight, solid bead. Each coat is feathered wide so there are no ridges before sanding or skim coating.
With more than 100 tradespeople on staff and WorkSafeBC registration, we can staff taping on large sites and still keep an eye on quality. Walls are left ready for primer, paint or a Level 5 finish.
What this means for your project.
Priced from your drawings or a site visit, with the scope spelled out.
100+ tradespeople on staff, so we can add crew when the schedule tightens.
Level 4 as standard, Level 5 where light or paint calls for it.
Framing, insulation, boarding and taping by one company.
Insulation and sound control installed before the board goes on.
$10 million liability insurance and WorkSafeBC registration.

I called them for some urgent drywall repairs after a leak. They were very responsive and made the patches blend in seamlessly with the rest of the wall. Professional service and very fair pricing. I’m very happy with the results
